Pablita was conceived as an exercise in balance between art and engineering, where wood, carbon fiber, leather, and steel meet in an essential and sophisticated composition.
The design explores the possibility of a three-legged chair with a suspended seat, where a single transverse carbon-fiber element guarantees stability without additional structures, giving the form surprising architectural lightness.
Its most distinctive feature is the T-shaped backrest — a sculptural gesture reminiscent of a bull’s horns, a recurring symbol in Pablo Picasso’s imagery, to whom the chair pays explicit homage in both name and spirit.
As in the master’s works, strength meets grace, and structure blends with the poetry of form.
Pablita is a chair that moves between art and function — an iconic object designed for spaces that seek character, balance, and timeless elegance.
