Carlos is a sideboard that unites functionality and visual emotion, transforming furniture into a perceptual experience. Its aesthetic language is inspired by the works of Venezuelan artist Carlos Cruz-Diez (1923–2019), master of Op Art and chromatic phenomena.
More than a simple storage unit, Carlos is a stage of colors in motion, shifting with light and perspective. The observer is not a passive spectator but an active participant in a dynamic interaction. From every angle, new nuances emerge — like a theater curtain opening and closing to reveal ever-changing emotions.
In the lacquered version, available in seven color variants with glossy or matte finishes, the sideboard reveals its most contemporary and versatile spirit. Color becomes a design material — blending harmoniously with its surroundings or standing out as a scenic accent that defines the interior’s character.
The rigorous, minimalist structure interacts with the chromatic richness of the surfaces, creating a perfect balance between architectural rationality and artistic vibration. It is a piece that speaks the language of modernity while carrying the timeless power of optical-kinetic art.
Available in two heights — h66 and h98 — Carlos adapts to various functions and contexts: the lower version is ideal as a TV cabinet, perfect for contemporary living spaces where technology and design coexist harmoniously; the taller version takes on a more sculptural and decorative character, becoming a focal point in dining or representative areas.
